The establishment of the Bridle-drift Dam Recreational Park is a 3 to 5 year's Community Development Infrastructure Programme.

Phase 1:

Trees, Flowers & Beautification We planted 50 trees today meaning thus far we have 75 trees and we have exceeded our target of planting 61 trees, because Mdantsane is turning 61 years this year.

Currently - Phase 2: Benches, Tables & Tyres -We have started collecting tyres and wood pellets to make benches, tables and beautifying the park.

Phase 3: Braai Stands -We shall develop 7 braai stands and we need bricks, cement & etc. We have expertise, manpower and we need material/resources to initiate Phase 3 ASAP.

Phase 4: Boardwalk -We intend to make more benches & tables and install them by the dam and develop the Bridle-drift Dam boardwalk.

Phase 5: -Swimming Pool - Outdoor Gym - 5 Aside Football Facilities * 2 (atleast) - Various Sport Codes Facilities

Phase 6: We intend to develop 2 more Recreational Park's as follows: - NU15 Sports Ground - NU6 (eTafileni)
